Visitors and the gate tablet

Visitors sign in on their own phone or on a tablet at the gate, agree the site rules and appear on the register. Book them in advance and you are told when they arrive.

A quick, proper sign-in for visitors

Visitors scan the same door sign and choose the visitor route. They give their name, company and who they have come to see, read and agree the site rules, and are shown the access route, welfare, assembly point and restricted areas. They sign out the same way when they leave.

Book visitors in advance

Expecting building control, a client or a delivery driver? Book them in with a date and time and their email or mobile, and they are sent the site details before they arrive. When they sign in, the person they came to see is told.

A tablet at the gate

Not everyone wants to use their own phone. Set up a gate tablet for any job and it runs a shared sign-in screen that anyone can use, with each person's details cleared after they finish. It works alongside the QR sign, not instead of it.

On the register and in the records

Visitors appear on the live site register, so they are counted in a fire roll call, and every visit is kept in the job's records and the weekly PDF. Visitors are never charged for.
