Site information and emergency details

Everything a new arrival needs before they set foot on site: the address and parking, the access route, welfare, the fire assembly point, restricted areas and the site plan, all on the page they open from the door sign.

The practical information, in one place

Each job page carries the site address with a map link, parking, the access route and where to report, and where the toilets, canteen and drying room are. You type it once when you set up the job, and every operative, subcontractor and visitor sees the same information.

Restricted areas and the site plan

List the areas nobody should enter without permission, one per line, and they appear in a red "do not enter" box. Upload the site plan as a photo, image or PDF, and add photos of the access route, welfare and restricted areas so people know what they are looking for before they arrive.

Emergency details, one tap away

The fire assembly point, first aiders, the location of the first aid kit and fire extinguishers, and the nearest A&E are shown under Emergency, one tap from the operative's page, with a button to call 999. We point you to the NHS service finder for the nearest A&E, because not every hospital has one.

Who to ring

Add the office, the site supervisor and the client's site contact, and they appear with tap-to-call numbers. Only first names appear on the public "on site now" list, and nothing on a job page shows prices or other jobs.

How it works

Upload the site plan and photos of the access route, welfare and no-go areas.

Step 3Print the door sign

Step 4Everyone sees the same

Operatives, subcontractors and visitors read it on their own phone.

Questions

Can a passer-by see it?

The job page shows the practical site information only. It never shows prices, other jobs or personal details beyond first names on the "on site now" list.

Can we change it during the job?

Yes. Edit the job and the page updates for everyone straight away. A new site plan replaces the old one.
