The operative's phone

Each operative gets their own page with a big clock-in button, their hours, their to-do list and messages from the office. It works in 23 languages, with gloves on and with no signal.

Their own page, not an app

After their first sign-in, each operative has their own page. It shows the job they are on, a large clock-in button, the hours they have worked, anything they still need to sign and any messages. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app, without installing anything.

Messages from the office

The office or site manager can message everyone on site today, everyone on a job, or named people. Messages arrive on the operative's page and as a phone notification, with an optional text for anything urgent, and they can reply to the office or site manager.

Works with no signal

Sign-ins, sign-outs, RAMS signatures, daily checks, permit signatures and notes are saved on the phone when there is no signal and sent automatically when it returns. The office sees the time it was done and the time it arrived.

Any language

The site page is available in 23 languages, including Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Portuguese and Ukrainian, so everyone understands what they are signing. The English version stays the official record.
