Their documents, without the emails
Add a subcontractor to a job and send them their private upload link. They upload their RAMS, insurance, accreditations and their operatives' cards and plant certificates, with expiry dates. Their operatives cannot be cleared to work on your site until you have approved their RAMS.
Insurance read and checked
Insurance certificates are read automatically for the type of cover, the amount and the expiry date, for the person uploading to check. Set your minimum cover in Settings and anything below it is flagged to you. JobGate records the certificate; it does not verify the cover with the insurer.
Renewals chased for you
Before a policy expires, the subcontractor is emailed at 30 days and again at 7 days to upload the renewal. In-date insurance and cards carry over to their next job with you; their RAMS never does.
A pack for the main contractor, and linked firms
Send a main contractor one live link with your team's cards, insurance and RAMS for their site. If a subcontractor also uses JobGate, link the two firms: their operatives sign in on your sites with their own account, their cards come with them, and nobody is charged twice.
