Cards and training matrix

CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and more, scanned from a photo. One grid of who holds what, with warnings before anything expires, and a register you can send to a main contractor.

Cards added from a photo

Operatives add their cards on their own phone by taking a photo. The card type, number and expiry are read from the photo for them to check, so the office is not typing them in.

One grid of who holds what

The training matrix shows every operative against every card type, with expired and soon-to-expire cards highlighted. Filter it by job or company, and print it or download it as a PDF or CSV.

Warnings before cards lapse

The office is warned before cards expire, and subcontractors with an email on file receive a list for their own operatives. Machine checks use the same cards, so an expired PASMA stops use of a tower.

Send it to the main contractor

Send a sealed register of the cards held by everyone on a job to a main contractor in one step, so the request for "everyone's cards" does not cost you an afternoon.

Questions

Does JobGate verify cards?

No. It records what is on the card. To check a card is genuine, use the card scheme's own checker, such as the free CSCS Smart Check app.
