Your brand on every site
Add your logo and colours and they appear on the site pages your operatives open, on the printed door signs and on your records. JobGate appears only as a small mark on the QR frame, so to everyone on site it is your system.
The right access for each person
Admins can do everything. Office managers run all jobs and documents, office staff see timesheets and reports, and site managers only see the jobs you choose for them. Every change a site manager makes is shown to the office.
Two-step login
Office accounts can be protected with an authenticator app and backup codes, and changing a password signs out every other device.
Backups and retention
Files are backed up daily. Closed jobs are cleared on the schedule you choose, six years by default, with a warning a month before anything is removed. Accident records are never deleted automatically.
