Inspections and your own checklists

A weekly site inspection, plus checklists you build yourself, such as scaffold checks or hand-over checks. Problems become tasks, and every inspection is saved as a PDF and sent to your office.

The weekly site inspection

A ready-made weekly inspection covers the essentials, from fire exits and extinguishers to welfare, first aid, scaffolds and housekeeping. Each item is marked OK, a problem or not applicable, with photos where needed.

Build your own checklists

Create checklists for anything your sites need, such as scaffold inspections, end-of-day checks or hand-over checks. Choose which jobs each one applies to, who completes it and how often: daily, weekly or whenever needed.

Completed on the phone

Checklists can be completed by the site manager or assigned to operatives, who fill them in on their own phone from the job page. Each answer is time-stamped against the person who gave it.

Problems become tasks

Anything marked as a problem becomes a task on the job, so it is followed up rather than forgotten. Every completed inspection is saved as a PDF, sent to your office and included in the monthly safety summary.
