Reported from site in seconds
An accident can be reported from any operative's phone, with a photo. The site manager and office are told straight away, and the report moves through its stages: reported, first aid or treatment, investigated and closed off.
A complete accident book entry
The office completes the full entry: who was injured, when and where, what happened, the injury and part of the body, first aid given and whether they went to hospital. Witnesses can give their account, and the injured person reads and signs the entry on their own phone.
RIDDOR, worked out for you
From the answers given, JobGate tells you whether the accident looks reportable to the HSE under RIDDOR, the deadline for reporting and, for over-seven-day injuries, the date to watch. It reminds you before the deadline and records the HSE reference once reported.
Investigation and actions
Record the cause and the actions agreed, with who is doing each one and by when. Actions become tasks on the job so they are not forgotten. Accident records are never deleted automatically, and every amendment keeps the earlier version.
