Payroll exports and CIS

Approved hours go straight to payroll in the format your software expects, with a CIS sheet for subcontractors and self-employed operatives showing labour, deduction and net to pay.

Exports your payroll accepts

Download approved hours for Sage, Xero, BrightPay, QuickBooks, IRIS or Moneysoft, or set your own columns. Your own staff go in the payroll file; subcontractors and self-employed operatives go on the CIS sheet.

The CIS sheet

For each subcontractor and self-employed operative, the CIS sheet shows the labour, the deduction at their CIS rate and the net to pay, using the UTR, CIS rate and pay rate held on their record.

Travel pay, your way

Set your own travel rule: one way or both, with thresholds, mileage or bands. Travel is calculated from the jobs people worked on, so it is consistent across the team.

Hours totals for any period

See totals per person and per job for any date range, ready for valuations, client queries or checking a job's labour against plan.
