Good to know
Does it replace giving the talk?
No. You still give the talk on site. JobGate records who attended, so the briefing is on record.
What about someone without a smartphone?
Add them by hand from the job page. The line shows it was added by hand, and by whom.
How long can they sign for?
The talk shows on the operative's page for seven days after it is given.
